Prof. Gaudino had a habit, it might have been physical, part of his condition, or it might have been just a condition of his enthusiasm, but he would lean forward. And we were in a seminar, sort of a square room and I would usually sit to his right, I’m not sure why. And he’d always be leaning forward like this and he’d be looking around the class like this and his shoulders were a little hunched and he’d be looking down the aisle at us. He was alert to everything. It’s kind of curious. Now I’m sitting forward realizing that’s how Gaudino sat. And I think we sat that way too. It wasn’t the sort of seminar where you sat back and listened calmly. There was definitely a forward momentum in being taught by Professor Gaudino.
